Freqently Asked Questions

Can You Hang Lights I Already Have?
We only install our own commercial-grade lights, which are bigger and brighter than retail options. This ensures the best quality and reliability for your display. Our lights also allow you to change colors each year at no extra cost, and we handle all maintenance, so you never have to worry about repairs or replacements. This is all part of our commitment to making your holiday lighting experience completely stress-free.
How Soon Can You Install Lights at My Business?
Depending on how late in the season it is, we can typically schedule an installation date within the same week. In some cases, we may be able to fit you in that day.
How Long Does It Take To Install Commercial Christmas Lights?
For home installations with only Christmas lights, we can complete an install in a few hours. For commercial and larger home installations it may take up to 4 hours. You are not required to be present during installation.
How Much Does It Cost To Have Christmas Lights Installed at a Business?
The cost is based on the amount of lights needed. On average, a standard commercial Christmas light installation is around $3,000 for businesses in Phoenix, Houston, Austin, and Las Vegas, depending on the add-ons chosen.
Do You Take Down The Lights?
Yes! Because you are only renting the Christmas lights, we handle it all. If a bulb burns out, give us a call. If a clip falls, we’ll come and put it back. When you choose Lights Up, the lights are our problem.
What If a Bulb Burns Out?
All you have to do is give us a call and we will come out and replace it, either inside or outside regular business hours, free of charge. We will make sure the lights on your business are properly performing all season long.
Can I Add More Lights to My Building Later?
Of course! Our final commercial installation date is December 15th, up until then we can come out to your store or shop and add any type of additional decorations that we currently offer.
What Colors of Lights Do You Offer for Businesses?
We have warm white, pure white, multi-color, and red & pure white. We can also custom-order specific colors upon request.
How Do You Hang The Lights on a business?
Depending on the location and building materials used, we identify the safest way to hang the lights. Typically, this is by using our commercial-grade multi-function plastic clips.
Do You Need Power?
Yes, we will need a relatively nearby source of power (electrical outlet). We are light installers, not commercial electricians, but we can point you in the right direction if you need a new outlet installed to power your Christmas lights.
